Itinerary Design
At Duchess Concept, we operate on a fee-based model, with pricing determined by the trip’s complexity, duration, and number of travelers.
As a guideline, itinerary design begins at €100 for hotel recommendations and short getaways within Serbia, and from €350 for longer, international journeys.
For long-term travel planning, fees are set on a monthly basis under an annual contract, with rates tailored to the type and frequency of services provided. A minimum annual spend applies.
Before proposing an itinerary, we invest considerable time in getting to know our clients and understanding their travel objectives. This initial research and commitment are essential to creating a seamless, exceptional journey.

If we are the right fit, we will craft a bespoke itinerary that reflects your vision of the perfect journey. Our typical turnaround is two weeks, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered. Once complete, we will share your tailored plan for your review.
Trip Management
Once you confirm your booking, Duchess Concept will oversee every aspect of your journey with our signature white-glove service. We will coordinate with our trusted partners and manage each stage of the process. Before departure, all details will be double-checked and clearly communicated. You will receive a beautifully organized digital or printed itinerary to guide you along the way. During your travels, we will check in to ensure everything is running smoothly and enhance your experience whenever possible.
