What is the budget for luxury travel?
Luxury travel means investing in quality, comfort, and above all — experiences. For a truly seamless itinerary, typical daily budget begins at around $1,000 per person per day, including accommodations, transfers, and selected experiences, but excluding flights.
– Overnight stays in 5-star (or occasionally high-end 4-star) hotels starts at $500 per night and more.
– Dining, private tours, and unique experiences vary by destination and season, but we ensure every element matches your expectations of luxury and value.
I only need a hotel. Why should I book it through you?
Through our preferred partner network, you receive VIP benefits such as complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades, early check-in, late check-out and welcome amenities — often at the same rate as booking directly. We can also advise on the right room category and location within the hotel, and use our relationships to advocate for you if anything needs attention before or during your stay.
Can I book a hotel using points?
While bookings cannot be made with points, we will be happy to add your loyalty number to the reservation so you can continue to earn points and enjoy your benefits.
Do you offer 24/7 support during travel?
Yes. We collaborate with leaders in their field — so our clients always have round-the-clock assistance if needed.

How do your fees work?
We charge design fees for custom trip planning, depending on the complexity and length of travel. Hotel-only bookings may include a service fee if research is required, but if you already know the hotel, we handle the reservation at no additional cost — while you still benefit from our exclusive partnerships.
For frequent travelers, we also work on a retainer basis, offering annual agreements that provide ongoing trip design, dedicated advisory, and full travel management throughout the year.
Do you only work with clients from Serbia?
No. Although Duchess Concept is based in Europe, we primarily work with clients from the United States and other international markets. Our planning, communication, and concierge support are designed to work seamlessly across time zones.
