These Terms of Business govern the professional relationship between Vera Vojvodić pr Duchess Concept (“we”) and the client (“you”). By hiring our team and paying the consulting fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Nature of Services
Duchess Concept operates as an independent consultant and intermediary in the field of luxury travel and provides advisory services, travel design, and reservation assistance. Duchess Concept is not a tour operator, carrier, or direct provider of travel services. We collaborate with leading international hotels, destination partners, and licensed travel agencies whose services are offered to clients as third-party services. All travel services and arrangements are provided exclusively by the respective partner or supplier.
Planning Fees
Duchess Concept charges a professional planning fee (“Planning Fee”) for the design, research, and preparation of personalized proposals. The Planning Fee:
– Is agreed upon before work begins
– Is payable in advance
– Is non-refundable regardless of whether the client proceeds with a reservation
The Planning Fee represents compensation for the time, expertise, and consulting services involved in preparing a personalized travel proposal.
Payment Methods
The Planning Fee may be paid via:
– Visa or MasterCard through a secure online payment link
– Bank transfer
Prior to payment, the client receives written cooperation terms clearly defining the scope of services and the applicable fee. Payment of the Planning Fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Business.
Delivery of Proposal
Upon receipt of the Planning Fee, Duchess Concept will deliver a personalized travel proposal within the agreed timeframe. The proposal is based on the information provided by the client during consultations.
Booking & Payments to Partners
f the client decides to proceed with the arrangements, payment for services is made directly to the partner agency or relevant supplier. This typically includes:
– Payment of a deposit
– Confirmation of the reservation
– Payment of the remaining balance within the specified timeframe.
Deposit amounts, payment schedules, cancellation conditions, and refund policies are determined solely by the partner or supplier. Duchess Concept does not determine or modify the payment terms of third parties.
Refund of Planning Fee
he Planning Fee may only be refunded if Duchess Concept fails to deliver the agreed itinerary within the mutually defined timeframe. The Planning Fee is not refundable in cases including but not limited to:
– The client deciding not to proceed with the reservation
– Change of mind
– Dissatisfaction with the price of the proposal
– Unavailability of a specific partner or service
Supplier Terms & Liability
All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective partner or supplier. The client is informed of these conditions when the proposal is presented and before any reservation is made. Duchess Concept acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, or performance of third-party services. Duchess Concept does not sell travel packages and does not act as a tour operator. Duchess Concept may receive a commission or other form of compensation from partners for completed reservations, at no additional cost to the client.
Limitation of Responsibility
Duchess Concept cannot be held responsible for:
– Changes in pricing
– Changes in availability of services
– Cancellation terms imposed by partners
– Force majeure
– Service interruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.
We act in good faith and advocate for our clients’ interests, but we cannot guarantee the decisions or actions of third parties.
Acceptance
By paying the Planning Fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Business.
Changes to Terms
Duchess Concept reserves the right to modify these Terms of Business. The current version will always be published on the official website.
Governing Law
These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.
